Dance has been a part of human culture since the very earliest communities and civilizations, with recorded evidence of dancing being found dating back to 30,000 years ago.
Since then, different dances have changed, merged and evolved into what we know today as the most well-known dance genres.
How we’re making a change
Allowing people to express!
Dance lets us express in the most primitive, basic and truthful way. This form of communication is honest and touch people in ways that words just cannot.
Mental Well Being!
Our bodies convey our story and, sometimes, there is just no way to completely hide how we feel. The subtleties of body language express the emotions and subconscious thoughts that we may endeavor to keep to ourselves by dancing them out!
Health with Fun!
With creativity in choreography everyday has awe-inspiring routines, helps your body move and improve its state. Being fit, increasing stamina, focused attention with body and mind coordination works wonders.
